Тогда можно сделать так (сервер - это компьютер с CDROM, клиент - это
компьютер с без него):
1. на сервере: apt-cdrom add обычным образом.
2. на клиенте: скопировать полученные хеш-файлы.
3. на клиенте: apt-get -y --print-uris dist-upgrade
4. на сервере: скопировать с CD нужные файлы...
5. на клиенте: ... и положить их в /var/cache/apt/archives/
6. на клиенте: после чего можно производить обновление.
Для разовых обновлений подойдет.
