Вот не становится он /dev/scd0. Я забыл об этом написать. Сейчас проделал это
снова: добавил append="hdc=ide-scsi", сказал lilo :), перегрузился...
# mount -t iso9660 /dev/scd0 /mnt/cdrom
mount: /dev/scd0 is not a valid block device
cdrecord -scanbus дает тот же результат...
Да, в /etc/modules.conf еще есть запись options ide-scsi units=/dev/hdс (или
как вариант - options ide-scsi units=hdс).
Я уже запутался... :(
# lsmod | grep scsi
ide-scsi 7732 0
scsi_mod 92036 3 [sg sr_mod ide-scsi]
[root@fred root]# dmesg | grep scsi
Kernel command line: auto BOOT_IMAGE=2420-alt4-custom ro root=2106
hdc=ide-scsi

И интересно вот, что:

... и так до упора.
Какого драйвера он, мятежный, просит, блин? :)))
