У меня ситуация с точностью до наоборот. КДЕ-шные программы в гноме с
большими шрифтами (размер 14-16). Если запускать из КДЕ - шрифты
нормальные (заметно меньше). Проявлялось на licq с kde-gui, но там можно
настроить прямо в программе какие шрифты использовать. А вот с psi
несколько потруднее - шрифты-то настроить можно, но это не влияет шрифт
в меню программы... всё это проявляется и на других программах на qt...
