Модуль via-8233 подходит из текущего Сизифа.
Да, alsa надо поставить.
Неполучится - пишите, или на крайний случай мне лично.

Из коробки не подходит. Пришлось дописать еще строки 3-4 в modiles.conf чтобы
звук поднялся. Строки эти нашел, по-моему, в архивах рассылки.
