Здравствуйте!

Пытаюсь сделать dist-upgrade и имею:

[root@localhost root]# apt-get update
<хрусть>
[root@localhost root]# apt-get dist-upgrade
Processing File Dependencies... Done
Reading Package Lists... Done
Building Dependency Tree... Done
Calculating Upgrade... Failed
Sorry, but the following packages have unmet dependencies:
  aterm:  autoconf-common: Conflicts: autoconf_2.5 (<
2:2.54-alt2) but it is not going to be installed
E: Error, pkgProblemResolver::Resolve generated breaks, this may
be caused by held packages.
[root@localhost root]# apt-get install autoconf
Processing File Dependencies... Done
Reading Package Lists... Done
Building Dependency Tree... Done
Sorry, autoconf is already the newest version
0 packages upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove(replace) and
721 not upgraded.

И как мне быть? Autoconf снести?

Пока идет чехарда с новыми версиями и переименованиями, для выпрямления
апгрэйда можно и снести, а потом поставить.
Не получится аптом натравить на него рпм.

Вы уверены, что не забыли в /etc/apt/apt.conf ничего лишнего?
Кстати, пакета "autoconf" в Сизифе нет.
