Это общеизвестный баг, хотя у меня и не воспроизводится.
Я собираюсь закоментировать эти строки в autoexec.bat
по умолчанию.
Кстати, он может пропасть в 1.1.3.5, поскольку работа с
autoexec.bat там сильно изменена.
