Я не на диалап, я от этого, к счастью, давно избавился ;)
Проблема не в том, что оно не докачивается, а в том, что несмотря на
успешное (на самом деле) завершение закачки, счётчик показывает 99% и
скорость закачки последнего сегмента.
В 2.0RC2, который сейчас заливается в Daedalus, это похоже пофикшено,
так что скоро действительно можно будет отказаться от 1.30
