Под вин и DirectCD udf работает чудесно - отформатировал диск(CD-RW конечно, CD-R после форматирования
можно выкинуть - записать уже ничего не получится ) и через DirectCD-шный
драйвер диск доступен для записи любой программе.
Под Linux так не получится так как ядро не работает с писалками.
udf можно создать и закатать на болванку cdrecord-ом, но произвольного чтения/записи
(пока?) добиться нельзя
