Может быть. Хотя, на самом деле, aspell совершенно не
подходит для русского. Мы будем переходить на словарь
Лебедева, благо nidd убедил автора сменить лицензию на Open
Source (деталей ее сейчас не помню, но в Debian уже этот
словарь).
