There is an error when relaunching lilo, you may have to check the
/etc/lilo.conf at
/sbin/installkernel line 235.

Быть может, у Вас в lilo.conf сохранилась ссылка на старое ядро 24, которое
теперь переименовалось в -up и, соответственно, lilo не может создать
загрузочную запись...
