Попробуйте переустановить (--replacefiles --replacepkgs) все пакеты из
семейства gcc (cpp-*, gcc-*, libstdc++-*), которые у Вас установлены.
Причина - возможно потерянные ссылки, не входящие непосредственно в эти
пакеты.
