попробовал так - не помогло.
>А с индикацией линка на свиче и сетевой карте нормально всё ?
Вот тут интересно, на свиче и на карте горит 1гигабит. Значит
соединение есть. а сети... нетс.

Да, стоит DISABLE=yes

[root@p01 ~]# /usr/sbin/mii-tool eth1

Я сделал что-то не правильно???
