При использовании etcnet рабочий вариант:
/etc/net/ifaces/IFNAME/ifup-post:
#!/bin/sh
/usr/sbin/ethtool -K IFNAME gso off gro off tso off
И, если только карта не набортная, серьезно посмотреть в сторону замены карты на что-то
из XXI-го века.
