А вы скопируйте все файлы с установочного носителя на жесткий диск и сравните
контрольные суммы каждого файла на носителе и его копии на жестком.

Нет. Либо исходный носитель плох, либо жесткий диск. В лучшем случае записали
дистрибутив на носитель с ошибками.
