Доброго всем настроения!
Захотел себе Скайп, сделал всё как написано в инструкции на WIKI - подключил
репозиторий x86_64-i586 и т.д. Почти сразу заработало (надо было только
доустановить 32-ух битный libpulse, добавьте, пожалуйста, в статью, а то на
пульсе звука нет)
В общем, всё логично и удобно, надо мне wine - беру и устанавливаю. Но почему
нельзя было добавить этот репозиторий сразу? Зачем эти лишние телодвижения?
Ведь пакеты не смешиваются и конфликтов не происходит!
И второй вопрос: а для чего у вас там (в x86_64-i586) KDE4, E17 со всеми
плюшками? какой от них толк? Я ни в одном дистре такого не видел (и не говорю
что это плохо). Если поставить их, а не 64-тые, не отхвачу граблей?
На самом деле, при переходе на 64-ый Альт, особой разницы в скорости рабочего
окружения (KDE4) не заметил, а вот памяти жрёт немного больше. Мне 64-ый Альт
нужен только для работы в Блендере и Гимпе из-за больших файлов.
Стоит устраивать мешанину? как вы думаете?
