$ grep OnlyShowIn /etc/xdg/autostart/at-spi-dbus-bus.desktop
OnlyShowIn=GNOME;Unity;
То есть ваш TDE ничего не зная про OnlyShowIn, запускает всё подряд из
/etc/xdg/autostart/.
