Многие не замечают, что он им нужен, ибо апстримы предусмотрительно
кладут их в дерево исходников.
Набор SGML и XML dtd's есть в пакете w3c-markup-validator, из которого,
видимо, можно при желании сделать системный пакет (w3c-dtds ?). Кто бы
этим занялся.
