Здравствуйте!
Началось это три дня назад.
Перестает забираться почта по pop3, .
В messages нашел следущее
Nov 21 14:57:38 ns xinetd[14653]: Deactivating service pop-3 due
to excessive incoming connections. Restarting in 10 seconds.
а через 10 секунд
Nov 21 14:57:48 ns xinetd[14653]: bind failed
(Address already in use (errno = 98)). service = pop-3
Nov 21 14:57:48 ns xinetd[14653]: Error activating service pop-3
делал dist-upgrade сегодня
Nov 21 15:22:28 ns xinetd[16242]: xinetd Version 2.3.9 started with libwrap loadavg options compiled in.
Чего делать?

cps Limits the rate of incoming connections....
