Между прочим, никаких упоминаний DGA в логах нет - все чисто. Так что
это не драйвер. В Xorg или вообще v4l есть проблемы.

Это такое народное выражение, когда телевидение зашифровано, а ключа
нет, и экран просто черный. Этим всех хотят осчастливить после
обязательной покупки цифрового декодера и отключения аналоговых
передатчиков. Как только что-нибудь отличающееся от рекламы или
пропаганды - "квадрат" или денег давай.
