Вполне реализуемо. Главное - выделить из spec только содержимое полей
Description и Summary, а там найденные файлы человек разберет. Кстати,
это будет отлавливать и плохие тексты, где название пакета длиннее
описания его функции или слишком много терминов.

:) А что, "трубку" милицейскую и датчик дыма с управлением от
компьютера сделать и требовать подуть при каждом rpm -b :) Результат
отсылать вместе с пакетом и вести статистику :)
