Там совсем все сломалось?
http://ftp.altlinux.org мертв уже чуть ли не половину времени. То вроде
отзывается, то часами или минутами лежит. rsync/ftp при этом работают,
только http с проблемами.
p.a.o - поиск по именам пакетов работает очень плохо, не находит пакеты,
или находит не все.
