эквивалентно, но не совсем то, что нужно. если эти файлы ( которые в
'<>' ) изменились, то все - таки пересборка нужна, так что -M
правильнее. однако неясно, чем не подходит мое предложение - не менять
заголовок, который не изменился ( довольно логично, да ? ) и сделать это
в одном месте, а не во всех third-party продуктах...
