Уже достаточно много месяцев какие-то новомодные технологии сбрасывают
раскладку клавиатуры.
Раскладка настроена в ~/.Xkbmap и устанавливается штатно: вызовом
/etc/X11/xinit/fixkeyboard
из /etc/X11/Xsession при логине.
Периодически раскладка сбрасывается и приходится вручную запускать
/etc/X11/xinit/fixkeyboard.
Иногда это происходит со временем, иногда — при подключении
USB-устройств.
Как я понял, содержание /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/95-input-keyboard.conf не
помогает.
