Hi All,
Не подскажет ли кто стоит ли использовать IDE raid (hpt или promise) на
linux ? Если кто-нибудь использует, то какие впечатления, стоит ли овчинка
выделки, стоит ли использовать on-board, какие именно контроллеры
использовались.
Вчера целый день пробовал прикрутить к Мастеру on-board hpt372 (скачал
драйвера, откомилил и т.д.) на чтение работает, а при записи больших объемов
зависает, при этом на Win2000 с драйверами производителя мамы (epoc) все
ок...
2 Года назад пробовал промисовский fasttrack100? но заметного выигрыша перед
софтварном рейдом он не дал...
Это у меня так сложилось :(( или действительно овчинка не стоит того ?
Что думает по этому поводу ALT team ?
