  + NB: openSUSE patch from ppp-2.4.4-79 seems broken,
    while almost the same one from ppp_2.4.4rel-9 in Debian
    just works
  + there's no mention of (now obsolete) custom cleardefaultroute
    in etcnet scripts but there might be another ALT-specific
    patches or configuration files where it might appear; please
    file bugs against such packages and Cc: me too
- spec macro abuse cleanup
