  + Renamed bacula-sd subpackage to bacula-storage.

- Added proper initscripts instead of old hellish messed up ones.
- Moved to SMP-aware build.
- Marked config files as %config (noreplace) ones.
- Fixed/created preun/post for subpackages.
- Fix attributes for config files, %_localstatedir/bacula and
