Можно так:
1) в терминале набрать
sudo apt-get install aptitude
ввести свой пароль.
2) Набрать
sudo aptitude
3) Нажать g
по этой команде aptitude приступает к выполнению задач. Если у Вас есть
ошибка в пакетах, то сразу нажав g, вы увидите список действий, которые
устранят беду (обратите внимание на кнопки , и . - у проблемы может быть
больше 1 решения, и Вам надо будет выбрать лучшее)


А вообще-то, похоже на битые пакеты ядра, или не всё доскачалось (их там
по 5 штук на каждую версию ядра, если мне память со склерозом не
изменяет). Перескачать их, может, поможет?
