Парсить я тоже их распарсю.
Поскольку маска у меня снимается после парсинга,
то маску можно хоть в INTEGER, хоть в OCTET-OCTET
запихнуть.
Вопрос про генерацию. Ты не смотрел, в каком формате
сейчас всяуие CSP генерят privkey?
