Does it mean that every state can demand from Linux kernel to carrying crypto
algorithms of their choice?

Да много аргументов можно придумать. Но если ответ получается длиннее
вопроса, то это явно был троллинг. В том обсуждении не понятно что надо,
а что не надо доказывать и кому.

На мой взгляд, наличие пользовательской базы достаточное основание для
включения поддержки.
