Кажется, наоборот, значения из bootconfig перекрывают то, что находится
в /proc/cmdline. Но если это разовая возможность, то она совсем
неинтересна. Тогда новые аргументы можно подцепить разве что через
kexec, но это и без bootconfig возможно.
