Привет!
Думаю, можете начинать, т.к. последние несколько месяцев никто активно
не переводил.
По непонятным терминам желательно консультироваться с русскоязычным
разработчиком Krita Дмитрием Казаковым (в копии). Если пользуетесь
Telegram, напишите Дмитрию, чтобы он добавил Вас в чат о переводе
Krita на русский: там есть еще пара человек, которые могут помочь. А
если не пользуетесь, то все равно — установите и напишите.

Когда поймёте, что хватит (например, после нескольких часов работы),
отправляйте файл мне или Дмитрию на почту, либо в упомянутый чат в
Telegram.
