Я вижу понятные сообщения об ошибках:
1. В "ui", после тегов для имя автора, в переводе дописан еще текст:
ui.docbook:18: element author: validity error : Element author content
does not follow the DTD, expecting ((personname | (honorific |

surname CDATA)

2. В "config" пропал амперсанд при использовании XML entity:
