Буду рад, если кто-то (кроме меня) согласится быть лидером русской
команды на UserBase. Думаю, здесь найдутся люди, которым UserBase на
русском языке нужен больше, чем мне.

(которой ещё нет) можно разместить, например, полезные ссылки из тех,

Hi Aspotashev.  You may have seen my blog earlier this month,
http://lydgate.org/blogs/?p=250 - I wonder if I could persuade you to
take on Team Leadership for Russian?  Basically it consists of keeping
an eye on Russian pages, checking for reasonable style, and
encouraging or mentoring new translators for the language.  You might
like to look at the language-specific pages linked from
http://userbase.kde.org/Translation_Workflow, particularly Yurchor's
Russian page.

I do hope you'll feel able to do this.  Currently I think we have 8
people signed on to do Russian translation (including you) and 1 to do
Rusyn.
