Больше интересует почему "Правила"? Политика же, тем более уже
используется в Polkit. А "Правила безопасности" из области ОБЖ и
охраны труда :)
И суть всего предложения проинформировать пользователя в том что у
него нет прав, чтобы сохранить изменения, а не чтобы сохранить
параметры времени
