Сделал исправления:

Массовые ошибки:
1. "application" в данном случае -- заявка, а не программа-приложение
(заявка на участие в написании обзоров).
2. Не нужно писать все слова с заглавных букв, как это иногда делают
на английском. Например, "Активные Разработчики" -> "Активные
разработчики".
3. Используйте кавычки-ёлочки: «»
