Что значит, что на transifex.net есть или нет какой-то формы, разве
количество форм не зависит от файла? Я сейчас открыл случайный файл
(http://www.transifex.net/projects/p/archlinux-pacman/resource/pacman-pot/l/ru/view/)
и увидел только 3 формы:
one: %s: всего %d файл,
few: %s: всего %d файлов,
other: %s: всего %d файлов,
