Борьбы за независимость. Поэтому имеем:
Indiana - Starke County - Округ Старк
Indiana - Crawford County - Округ Кроуфорд
Indiana - Pike County - Округ Пайк
Indiana - Switzerland County - Округ Швейцария
Indiana - Daviess, Dubois, Knox & Martin Counties - Округа Дейвиесс,
Дюбуа, Нокс, Мартин
Indiana - Pulaski County - Округ Пуласки
Kentucky - Wayne County - Округ Уэйн
Rainy River & Fort Frances, Ontario - Рейни Ривер и Форт Франс
Это какие-то географические местности Аляски, у нас нет аналога для них

Casey Station, Bailey Peninsula - Станция Кейси,
