В GnuCash достаточно вольный перевод. Реально через программы класса
GnuCash/KMyMoney управлять финансами особо не получится (банк-клиент там
сильно недоразвит), их основное предназначение - учитывать финансы. Слово
"manager", активно используемое в англоязычных программах, далеко не всегда
(точнее - почти никогда) не соответствует непосредственно функциям управления
(file manager, window manager, PIM). Это лишь инструмент для приложения усилий
пользователя.
