Я думаю, можно спокойно везде писать "© Разработчики Xxxxx, YEAR".

Из #kde-devel на Freenode:

[17:01:12] <annma> aspotashev: hi!
[17:01:20] <aspotashev> hi
[17:01:26] <aspotashev> did you get my email?
[17:03:05] <annma> yes
[17:03:17] <annma> but did you check the code files about copyright?
[17:03:33] <aspotashev> no
[17:03:40] <annma> what you sent me are from main.cpp files, not from existing coding files
[17:03:56] <aspotashev> but we first need to fix the strings that are visible to users
[17:03:59] <annma> what matters legally are copyrights in code files
[17:04:05] <annma> why?
[17:04:25] <annma> I don't think that matters much
[17:04:37] <aspotashev> I could "grep" all the sources, but that's too many files
[17:04:55] <annma> module per module
[17:05:13] <annma> when I answered about copyright I meant source files copyright
[17:05:23] <aspotashev> oh..
[17:05:38] <annma> what to put in AboutData is very difficult
[17:06:13] <annma> if you take KHangMan it has lots of "thanks to"
[17:06:23] <annma> and it's not even accurate
[17:06:54] <annma> at some point I wanted to ensure every contributor would be thanked but that's just impossible
[17:07:21] <annma> that's what is translated
[17:07:29] <annma> legally this has no value
[17:08:03] <aspotashev> I really care only about the first page of "About..." boxes
[17:08:21] <annma> so what do you suggest for it
[17:08:27] <aspotashev> the other pages are more or less clear
[17:09:27] <annma> this has no legal value
[17:09:37] <annma> so copyright to a team is OK
[17:10:05] <aspotashev> I suggest "(c) YEAR APP Developers"
[17:10:07] <annma> I don't see what's your problem then
[17:10:26] <pinotree> aspotashev: note what's in the about dialog has no legal value, sources matter
[17:10:28] <annma> you mean "Team" versus "Developers"
[17:10:30] <aspotashev> the problem is that it's sometimes "(c) ... Authors"
[17:10:49] <annma> aspotashev: just translate what you get
[17:10:58] <annma> and do not look further
[17:11:06] <aspotashev> ok, thanks
[17:11:16] <annma> what's the difference between "Team" and "Developers"
[17:11:21] <annma> none
[17:11:44] <annma> what I thought is that you discovered SOURCE code with team as copyright
[17:11:55] <annma> that is wrong
[17:12:39] <annma> there are such files in KDE code
[17:12:51] <annma> those shoudl be tracked and dealt with
[17:13:20] <annma> the "About" is just information given to the user and not important
