Для полного диагноза не хватает симптомов... Откуда svn up вызвал?
Стефан сделал новые каталоги -
http://websvn.kde.org/trunk/l10n и
http://websvn.kde.org/branches/stable/l10n
Чтобы их заново не получать с сервера, можно скопировать старую
рабочию копию на новое место и сделать, например, так:
svn switch http://websvn.kde.org/trunk/l10n/ru ru
