Там всё задано жёстко, т.е. отображатель мантров :) получает из окружения
посредством kio т.е. он читает переменные окружения $MANPATH $MANSECT а далее
/etc/man.config - после чего колбасит почти как обыкновенный man.
Чтобы выяснить окончательно - нужно попробовать копирнуть каталог с русскими
манами тудаже, но с названием=локаль из-под КДЕ... У меня не помогло, значит
структуру локализованных каталогов kio + khelpcenter не поддерживают... На
всякий случай проверьте у себя...
Баг-ссс, однако.. Кстати и в КДЕ 3 тоже,
Народ, посмотрите пожалуйста, в КДЕ 3/2 - если маны очечественные в отдельной
папочке... и несколько ман - путей, то центр помощи юным (он-же хелпцентр или
спасательный круг :)) Показывает эти маны, или игнорит... Кстати, он ИМХО,
ещё недоделан в 3-м...
