sigh, I accidentally used an old unicode map file which lacked a couple
of remappings so the attached patch adds them back. While at it, we can
use the opportunity to add two more currency remappings which might be
relevant in the European context, also included in the patch.

I've double checked the patch and it should finally complete this saga.

Subject: [PATCH] eurlatgr: readd accidentally dropped remappings

651b8c accidentally dropped 4 remappings, add them back.

Add two recent currency symbols U+20BA and U+20BD while at it.
