Raid 10 и Raid 0+1 это синонимы.
Это 2 Raid-1 объединенных в Raid-0
Производительность у него действительно одна из самых высоких.
Raid-1 так точно обгоняет.
Недостатка у него ровно два:
не масштабируется и очень высокая стоимость мегабайта.
ИМХО если есть 6 дисков лучше Raid-50 сделать.
