Странно. По основной начинке он аналогичен моему E420.
Он засыпает и просыпается отлично.
Система на нем Master 2.4 только ядро и hibernate обновил.
Ядро пересобранное 2.6.10 wks (брал еще из Дедала) и оторвал
практически весть wks оставив swsusp2 :)
Работает все standby/suspend to ram/suspend to disk
