Всё верно. Главное - не забыть APC UPS.
Если бюджет позволяет - смотрите любую серверную материнскую плату с
IPMI - можно будет потом не бегать к серверу в случае чего - удалённо
serial console взять или включить/выключить.

Ничего не могу сказать про качество этих материнских плат, но за 7 тысяч
получить возможность удалённого мониторинга и управления железом весьма
и весьма приятно.
Обратите внимание на блоки питания - там 24+8, соответственно ваш БП
должен быть совместим.
А процессор можно поставить и попроще...
