Имеется материнка Asus P5NT WS, снабженная двумя встроенными гигабитными
картами

Обслуживается модулем forcedeth
Все ставится, настраивается, запускается и .... не работает. Интерфейсы
подняты, ifconfig даже показывает, что RX/TX меняют значения, но даже
пинги не идут.
Лечится загрузкой forcedeth с параметром msi=0. Так что кто наткнется,
не пугайтесь, все работает.
