Но мне так показалось, что лучше взять BE-2350 + M2NPV-VM, чем мать на
VIA-C7 с вентилятором на CPU. По деньгам получается примерно одинаково.
Тепло от твоего Sempron будет идти не меньше, чем от этого BE-2350. Да
впрочем и от VIA тоже.

Нет, не нужны - там стоит северный мост не очень далеко от CPU,
соответственно этот zallman его великолепно обдувает.
