как флэшки на холоде себя ведут,
можно ли из нагрудного кармана доставать на морозе.

Наверное, точно так же, как и у фотоаппарата. Боятся конденсата, а не
мороза, так что на морозе доставать можно, а уж при попадании после
этого в тёплое помещение нужно ждать, когда просохнет...
