У некоторых мамах (например Iwill и вроде Asus) это так.
У других (MSI например) либо этого нет, либо тщательно от юзера спрятано.
А что делать владельцу ноута, он бы и рах отформатировать дискету на
FAT12, да дисковода у него нету вообще :-)
PS: а CD-RW перепрошивают, сканеры перепрошивают... Эх!
