попробовал. сначала показалось что полегчало, но не тут-то было - на
шестой раз вылезла та же фигня, см. аттачи. однако в таком состоянии
удалось заснуть вручную путем echo 1 > /sys/power/suspend2/do_suspend.
Выспавшийся vm вполне адекватен, но заснуть еще раз не удалось с теми
же симптомами. пришлось перезагружаться.
кажется, вероятность глюка повышается с уменьшением free памяти (хотя
есть еще принцип неопределенности - вот сейчас удалось
заснуть/проснуться десять раз подряд)
